This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed when using Gabspace (the "Service"), operated by Austin Jay Management LLC. It is part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where the violation is serious — for example, illegal activity, threats to others, or compromise of our infrastructure — we may act immediately and without notice.
If you see something on Gabspace that violates this policy, email us at abuse@gabspace.io.
You may not use Gabspace to:
Harm other people
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unauthorized commercial communications.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or stalk any person.
- Promote, facilitate, or glorify violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Sexually exploit or endanger children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM); we will report any such content to authorities.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Break the law
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including export control, sanctions, anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR), consumer protection, or intellectual property laws.
- Use the Service to support illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or trafficking.
Violate other people's rights
- Upload, share, or use content you don't have the right to use — including copyrighted material, trademarks, or confidential information of others.
- Collect, store, or share other people's personal information without a lawful basis and (where required) their consent.
- Use the Service to scrape, collect, or compile personal information about non-users.
Compromise the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service — for example, by overwhelming it with requests, sending malware, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access control mechanism.
- Use the Service to send malware, viruses, phishing content, or any code intended to cause harm.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service in ways that aren't supported by our API or expressly authorized in writing.
Misuse AI features
- Submit content to AI features that you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or other proprietary information from the AI features.
- Use AI features to generate content that violates this policy (e.g., harassment, illegal content, impersonation, CSAM).
- Use AI-generated output to deceive others about its origin in a way that's unlawful or harmful.
Misuse email features
- Use Gabspace to send commercial email without proper consent and an unsubscribe mechanism as required by law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL, etc.).
- Send email that contains false header information, deceptive subject lines, or hides the sender's identity.
- Use Gabspace to send email that violates the policies of our email delivery provider (currently Resend).
Resell or rebrand
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
Reporting violations
To report a violation, email abuse@gabspace.io with:
- A description of what happened.
- Links, screenshots, or other evidence if available.
- Your contact information so we can follow up.
We review reports promptly and respond as appropriate. We may share your report with law enforcement if required.
What happens when you violate this policy
Depending on the severity and circumstances, we may:
- Warn you and ask you to fix the issue.
- Remove offending content.
- Suspend your account temporarily.
- Terminate your account permanently.
- Report to law enforcement or other authorities.
- Cooperate with investigations as required by law.
We will generally try to give you notice and a chance to fix things, but for serious violations we may act immediately.
